I really doubt if someone would actually end-up on this page 🙂

Nevertheless, here are a 100 things abt me 😉

1. My name is Santosh 🙂

2. I was born in madras; brought up in madras & davangere. I grew up with my mom, dad & my kiddo brother.

3. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communications .. and am pursing my Masters in Software Systems.

4. I have black eyes 😉

5. I can speak English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi & broken Tamil

6. I can drive .. motorbike & car 😀

7. I am a vegetarian now … I used to eat meat earlier.

8. I am allergic to peanuts.

9. I heart comics 😀 ❤ 🙂

10. As a kid I grew up watching Tom & Jerry, Disney Toons (Mickey, Donald, Goofy) , Tailspin, Ducktales, captain planet. As they say, growing old is mandatory. But growing up is optional 😀  I still watch cartoons 😀  …. pokemon, ninja hatori, perman are the new ones I watch sometimes 🙂

11. I cant swim …. YET! :0

12. I dont have a favorite color !! That doesn’t mean I dislike colors 🙂  I like all colors 🙂

13. I am foodie .. I love to eat .. and sometimes cook myself …

14. I like to watch comedy movies more than action, drama, horror.

15. I cant play music .. and since beggars can’t be choosers .. I dont choose what music to hear 😀   ….  every kind of music is welcome 😉   .. I do tend to loop tracks I like 🙂  one time I looped a single song for 3 days straight  … rofl … my family & friends were pleading me to turn it off !! 🙂

16. I like to read … esp. suspense, comedy … but it takes me sometime to get interested abt the book !

17. I played a lot of sports & games in school & college … cricket, kabadi, kho-kho, chess, tennis, badminton, table-tennis . I dont play anymore.. I have to !

18. I am used to being misinterpreted.

19. I have a lot of sisters .. they are not related to me by blood .. but we still share the bond.

20. I use gmail, orkut, facebook, twitter, google wave, wordpress, blogspot.

21. I am laconic

22. I like girls in jeans & tees 🙂

23. Speaking of jeans … my fav song is from the movie Jeans .. this one ..  I feel there is some degree of similarity between the lyrics and the way I am !

24. I had a pet once .. I dono what it was .. must have been a white lizard or a white mouse .. I was in kindergarten .. and this thing was under our wardrobe. I used to talk to it every day after school. I only recall that it was white .. and it moved a bit. I did not understand the concept of pet back then 😉 When we moved to our new house I could not find it any more. I also got home a couple of puppies .. but I was not allowed to keep them.

25. Before our house was renovated, we had a huge garden. I was the plant doctor 😀  .. actually pretended to be one 😉  I loved gardening … watering mom’s roses, getting rid of the weeds and taking care of the plants … my favorite was the mango tree I planted 🙂  I remember I did not eat for a day when the renovation plan had to get rid of it 😐  No wonder I love plants 🙂 I should get a garden sometime 🙂

26. I blogged earlier too.. I stopped it after a major accident *glass shattering*.

27. I was a bad kid when I was at Madras … I troubled my uncles a lot … I jumped school walls to run back home … I had no concept of respect !  Influenced my tamil movies, I even scolded grocery shopkeepers and teachers 😐  I am glad I’m not that person anymore 🙂  Mom & dad had a tough time teaching me discipline though 😀

28. I had quite an adventure learning to ride a bicycle .. as it happened .. I once fell on a thorn bush .. ouch .. that hurt like hell 🙂

29. I am a horrible horrible singer.. keeping in mind the welfare of people around me .. I dont sing 🙂

30. I am a foodie .. I like to eat 😛   … to fix myself a snack or two .. i got into cooking 🙂  I have ever since been experimenting with different things. .. I never cook per a recipe … I have to experiment 😀

31. I eat when I am upset 😐  wait! that doesn’t mean I dont eat at other times .. 🙂 I tend to eat a lot of junk when I am upset 🙂

32. I am really really good at .. nothing 😀   I am jack of many trades ..but master of none 😐

33. I collected different kinds of rocks and stones .. I thought I had become a meteorologist .. LOL

34. I collected different leaves too .. I dried them .. and made posters from them … I wonder what happened to all that stuff 😐

35. I can sleep for a really really long time 😀  When I have to sleep ….. I have to sleep at all costs. I once paid Rs. 419/- for a 6 km cab ride .. as I had to sleep. Its a long story .. will tell u some other time 🙂

36. I was born on 13th 😛 I dont know abt my lucky numbers .. but I am inclined towards 7 & 8.

37. I hated homework and assignments during school & college… as a matter of fact .. I hated writing exams too .. I was more interested in practical aspects of the subjects. May be that is why, I never scored 100% in any subject so far.

38. I love chocolates

39. .. and chips. I am not so inclined to sweets.. so like my chocolate dark and chips spicy 🙂

40. I am a dreamer..

43. .. heck most of the times. My daydreaming ability is pretty fantastic actually 🙂 I see things happening in real-time with all 3D effects, some of which could put the best animators from Pixar and Dreamworks to shame 😛

44. My all time favorite antagonists are The Joker (esp. as portrayed by Heath Ledger) and Lord Voldemort . Come on .. you need to hand it to Heath Ledger for being soooo much better than his comic counterpart. I had no interest watching batman cartoons.. the joker was lousy and fat and smiled like .. what do you know .. a joker. Heath on the other hand looks super cruel, super psycho and in no way looks like an ordinary joker! People tend to like protagonists .. but I like these antagonists .. for the mere fact that they are not interested in power.. or money .. that is not what drives them. Understanding their motives is really a challenge in its own 🙂

45. I am a total Harry Potter freak (not the protagonist silly 🙂 , the story) … I also like Pirates of the Carribean , House MD, F.R.I.E.N.D.S, Kung Fu Panda…  *thinking what else*

46. Oh! Did I mention I’m an engineer?

47. I suck big time in Arithmetic calculations. C’Mon why are calculators for 😛 ?!

48. If you think I am a dunce for being an engineer and not good with Arithmetics, you should see my ability to grasp concepts and understand designs 😛  I am really .. I mean .. really GOOD at them 😀

49. somehow .. I never leave anything to luck. I believe I’ve none 😛

50. YES.. I am someone who can list down at least a 50 things about myself 😀

51. I am right-handed ..

52. I have an affinity to the melons family 🙂 I like watermelons, cucumbers, musk melons and did I mention watermelons 🙂  I love watermelons 😀 😛  If there is only one thing I can eat for the rest of my life .. it’d be watermelons 😀

53. come on! stop thinking about my arithmetic ability. I can do the arithmetic .. but I take some time 😐  2+5 is 7 .. 123 +321 is 444 .. 342/5 is 68.4 … 18*5 is 90 happy?

54. I like M.S.Subbalakshmi’s Venkateshwara Suprabatam … I so much wish to wake up for that song every single day 🙂

58. I always wanted to be an engineer … and also a professor

59. I simply love Tirupati Laddu 🙂  I have always found peace when I ‘meet’ my lord at Tirupati 🙂

61. At college, I was really good at group discussions and debates. I have won discussions more than one time 🙂  A few girls were soo impressed with it that, i heard they had a crush on me 😛

62. I have sinus irritability to dust… and hence cant stand smoke … and hence cant smoke 😐

63. I never thought making this list would be soo time consuming and challenging 😀

64. Achieving status means more to me than simply earning money.

65. I named this blog prsnt as it stands for PReSeNT. I couldn’t get other names !

66. I like lemon soda – salted 🙂 It has to be my favorite drink 😀

67. I have a very though beard 😛  My barber complains that the blades he uses to shave the beard dont last for half the face 😀   I never tried lighting a matchstick by flicking it against my beard. I should try it once 😉  real cowboy stuff aint it 😛 ?

68. Did I mention .. I got my driving license for car before I did for a bike? I actually failed twice in the test for a bike. .. that doesn’t mean I dont drive well 😛

69. I am a fan of Coconut Chutney , Iamwritehere, phdcomics 🙂

70. I look up to Vikram Sarabhai, Leonardo Da Vinci, Nikola Tesla … these legends teach me why having a foresight is important 🙂

71. If I played cricket, I would be a right-arm spin bowler … I used to spin the ball real crazy 😀 .. but that was long back 😛

72. I get stressed often 😦 I have to do something about it 🙂

73. I also played some video games 🙂 My favorite game is Ages of Empires. Microsoft’s second best ever product .. first I think is Excel 😛 .. everything else sucks 😀

74. Did I mention .. I am 5 feet 10 inches tall? I dont fit in Indian Rail’s side berths 😦

75. I like a hard bed and a soft pillow 🙂  Hot sun + cool shade, heavy lunch + boring book are my favorite sleep inducers 😀

76. I once put my hand in the power outlet. I was literally thrown about 2 feet away. I must have been 12 then.

77. During primary school, I single handedly won against the rest of my class (abt 14 ppl).  I was very strong 😛  That was once super moment for me 😀

78. I like to sleep on grass .. I very much wish my bed to be made from grass 😀

79. I strongly believe there are no great jobs .. only people who do a great job 🙂

80. I find it difficult to forgive .. that is one of the primary reasons I dont get mad at anyone 🙂

81. I was at least one teacher’s pet student 😀  I topped my class for the first time she taught us 🙂

82. Over the years.. I have developed some kickass skills at mine sweeper 😀

83. I prefer to keep my hairs short .. primarily to protect them from hair fall .. and also because my hairs dont behave 🙂

84. At the time of this writing .. I have stopped growing vertically.. but am growing horizontally .. I need to stop that too 😀

85. I fear doctors .. so I take care not to fall sick .. 😐

86. I catch cold very often .. I am used to it now 😐

87. I wear spectacles .. I am short sighted .. I dread having to wear contact lenses .. I would go haywire if any external entity comes within 4mm of my eyes 😛

88. I know how to wear a tie 🙂  Being formal is my thing 😀  nevertheless, I dont like to wear a suit 🙂 I prefer simple and comfortable clothes 🙂

89. Nothing pleases me more than simplicity 🙂   I want to be as simple as possible 🙂

90. People think of me a geek .. I am actually not 🙂  I look like one .. but please rest assured … I am not one 😛

91. When it comes to picking up a shirt or ordering dinner .. I get all confused .. I am really not good at this 😐 Nevertheless, I can end up in a satisfactory manner 🙂

92. I like girls who dont tie their hair 🙂 oh and did I mention girls in tees and Jeans 😀 😛 😉

93. I am Bangalored !! I need to clarify 😉 I now work from Bangalore … I get home sick often 😐

94. I know cupid’s arrows do some real damage !

95. If I was god .. nothing would change 🙂

96. If I was prime minster of India .. I would order every department to be computerized immediately 🙂  They help in bringing down corruption you know 😉

97. I can be rash .. especially so when I am pissed off 😐

98. For all practical reasons, you may consider me to be born with a silver spoon in my mouth 🙂
